Node no.1
Node no. 1 is the practical test of producing a physical outcome using distributed collaboration. This work was primarily an exercise in the potential of physical form in producing "networked art". In particular, I was most concerned with exploring the relationship between command and outcome. And determining what the threshold for interaction was when relating to a particular event. This node was constructed before the finalisation of the project2891 communication protocol, and therefore the firmware needs to be rewritten. I've included it here as a reference to the evolution of physical design within the project.
